AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO, APPROPRIATING
THE SEVERAL SUMS OF MONEY DEEMED NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT TO DEFRAY ALL EXPENSES
AND LIABILITIES OF THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON THE
1ST DAY OF MAY, 1951 AND ENDING ON THE 30TH DAY OF APRIL, 1952, AND DESIGNATING
THE DIFFERENT FUNDS TO WHICH THE REVENUES RECEIVED DURING SAID FISCAL YEAR SHALL
BE CREDITED AND FROM WHICH EXPENSES SHALL BE DRAWN AND PAID, AND KNOWN AS "THE
ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF 1951."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO:
SECTION 1. That the following named funds are hereby designated as the proper
funds into which all revenue accruing to the Village of Chubbuck, from all sources,
shall be paid during the fiscal year beginning on the 1st day of May, 1951, and
ending on the 30th day of April, 1952:
General Fund
SECT_ TON 2. That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from
the general fund for the payment of all general expenses of the Village of Chubbuck
during the aforesaid fiscal year:
For Street Lighting & Repairs, . . . . . . 1,500.00
For Salaries of Village Officials, 4,600.00
For Expenses in connection with
Garbage Disposal. . . . . , , . , 1,000.00
For Expenses in connection with
obtaining water system . . . . 1,500.00
For Expenses in connection with
Obtaining fire fighting apparatus. 7,500.00
For Special Legal Expenses . . . . . . . . , 1,250.00
For all other general miscellaneous
and contingent purposes. . . . . . . . . . . 1,500.00
TOTAL . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $18, 850.00
SECTION 3. That all Ordinances, Resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict
herewith, are hereby expressly repealed, and that this Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, as required
by law, and shall be known as the "Annual Appropriation Bill of 1951 ".
