Any bids received after 2:00 pm local time on June 11, 2019 will be rejected as non-compliant. The building is auctioned in an AS -IS con- dition and must be removed from the site within 60 days of the contract award. Additional information can be obtained by contacting Rodney Burch, Chubbuck Development Authority Executive Direc- tor at 208-239-3232. The Chubbuck Development Authority re- serves the right to reject any or all bids, waive nonmaterial irregularities in bids received and accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the Chubbuck Development Authority.
