Section 1: ~. the following funda are hereby designated as the
proper funds into '~hich all revenues accruing to the City of Chubbuck from
all sources shall ~be ~ during the fiscal year beginning on the 1st day
of January, 1~5 and ending o~ the 31st day of December, 1975:
Section 2: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated
from the General-Ftu~ f~r the ,~payment of -~ general expenses of the City
of Chubbuck dux~ af~n~e~aid i~lscal year:

Section 5: That all _Ordinances, Resolutions, or parts thereof, in
conflict herewith a~e e~pres~ly repealed; That the rule requiring ordinances

ordinance shall become effective upon its approval and publication as
provided by law.
