being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says;
SUMMARY OF ORDINANCES
NO. 789 AND NO. 790
Ordinance No. 790 of the City of Chub -
buck, a municipal corporation of the
state of Idaho, providing for the change
of land use district with respect to cer-
tain lands at 820 W. Chubbuck Road ly-
ing within the boundaries of the City of
Chubbuck and which lands are more
particularly described in the ordinance
from Limited Residential (R-2) to Limited
Commercial (CA) and Ordinance No.
789 providing for change of land use
district with respect to certain lands gen-
erally located at the Northwest corner of
the intersection of Garden Drive and
Tree Valley Road lying within the
boundaries of the City of Chubbuck and
which lands are more particularly de,
scribed in the ordinance from Agricultur-
al (A) to Single Family Residential (R-1),
declaring that the city council finds that
such change in land use pattern is con-
sistent with those prescribed by the
city's comprehensive plan; providing
that these ordinances shall be in effect
after their passage, approval and publi-
cation.

able at the City Clerk's Office, Chub
buck City Offices, 5160 Yellowstone,
Chubbuck, ID 83202.
1 have reviewed the foregoing summary
and believe it provides a true and cor-
rest summary of Ordinance No. 789 and
Ordinance No. 790 and that the summa-
ry provides adequate notice to the pub-
lic of the contents of these ordinances.

State Journal, a daily newspaper, printed and
published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of
which is attached, was published in the said
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following

That said paper has been continuously and
uninterruptedly published in said County for a
