ORDINANCE NO. 26-17
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, PROVIDING FOR
CHANGE OF LAND USE DISTRICT WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN LANDS
WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK; FROM
AGRICULTURAL (A) TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R-1); DECLARING
THAT THE CITY COUNCIL FINDS THAT SUCH CHANGE IN LAND USE
PATTERN IS CONSISTENT WITH THOSE PRESCRIBED BY THE CITY'S
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL
BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1. Change of Land Use District. The land use district established by the
Chubbuck Land Use Ordinance, with respect to the lands described below, located within the
boundaries of the City of Chubbuck, are hereby changed is hereby changed from Agricultural (A)
to Single Family Residential (R-1) as indicated:
Property lying in the West %2 NE'/4SW'/4 Section 2, Township 6 S, R 34 EBM
and generally described as in the NW corner of the intersection of Garden Drive and Tree Valley
Road as legally described on the attached Exhibit.
SECTION 2. Comprehensive Plan. The Mayor and Council find, and therefore declare,
that the foregoing changes in the Land Use Districts established in Title 18, Chubbuck Code, are
consistent with the land use pattern prescribed by the City's Comprehensive Plan for the
above-described property.
SECTION 3. Effective Date. Full, public hearings having been conducted in this matter,
the rule requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate days, one of which shall be a reading
in full, is hereby dispensed with, and this Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage,
approval and publication.

Ordinance No. 7Pof the City of Chubbuck, a municipal corporation of the state of
Idaho, providing for the change of land use district with respect to certain lands at 820 W.
Chubbuck Road lying within the boundaries of the City of Chubbuck and which lands are more
particularly described in the ordinance from Limited Residential (R-2) to Limited Commercial
(C-1) and Ordinance Nolif providing for change of land use district with respect to certain
lands generally located at the Northwest corner of the intersection of Garden Drive and Tree
Valley Road lying within the boundaries of the City of Chubbuck and which lands are more
particularly described in the ordinance from Agricultural (A) to Single Family Residential (R-1),
declaring that the city council finds that such change in land use pattern is consistent with those
prescribed by the city's comprehensive plan; providing that these ordinances shall be in effect
after their passage, approval and publication.
