being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says. -
SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 787
An ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, a
municipal corporation of the state of Ida-
ho, annexing certain lands lying North
and West of the intersection of Siphon
Road ad Whitaker Road be included
within the boundaries and jurisdictional
limits of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho
and providing for the legal descriptions
of said lands newly annexed; specifying
the zoning classification which shall be
applied to said lands newly annexed to
the City of Chubbuck as Limited Com-
mercial (C-1); directing the City Clerk to
record the ordinance with Bannock
County; providing for the repeal of con-
flicting ordinances; providing for the
severability of the provisions of this ordi-
nance; providing when this ordinance
shall be in effect.

Offices, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
I D 83202.
1 have reviewed the foregoing summary
and believe it provides a true and cor-
rect summary of Ordinance No. 787 and
that the summary provides adequate
notice to the public of the contents of
this ordinance.

of the United States of America more than 21
years of age, and the Principal Clerk of the Idaho
State Journal, a daily newspaper, printed and
published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of

IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following
