AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO
APPROPRIATING THE SEVERAL SUMS OF MONEY DEEMED NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT
TO DEFRAY ALL EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF T~E CITY OF CHUBBUCK FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON THE 1st DAY OF OCTOVER, 1981, AND ENDING ON
THE 30th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1982, AND DESIGNATING THE DIFFERENT FUNDS
TO WHICH SHALL BE DRAWN AND PAID, AND KNOWN AS THE "ANNUAL APPROPRIATION
ORDINANCE OF FISCAL YEAR 1981-82" PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 50-
1003, IDAHO CODE: PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO TAKE EFFECT AFTER
ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION ACCORDING TO LAW.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, A MUNICIPAL CORPOPu~TION OF IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section l: That the following funds are designated as the proper
funds into which all revenues accruina to the City of Chubbuck from
all sources shall be paid durina the fiscal year beginning on the 1st
day of October, 1981 and ending on the 30th day of September, 1982.
General Fund - Internal Central Garage, Waterworks, Sanitation
and Sewage Fund - Sewer Revenue Bond and Interest Fund, Series 10-1-
72 - Water Revenue Bond and Interest Fund, Series September l,
1976 - Local Improvement Dist. #1, Burnside, Bond & Interest Fund.
Section 2: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated
from the General Fund for th~ payment of all General Fund expenses of
the city of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year:
410 General Government
422 Law Enforcement
423 Fire Control & Prevention
424 Building Inspection
430 Transportation-Hwy, Strts & Rds
432 Engineering
438 Parks
453 Health & Welfare
490 Other General Governmental Purposes

Section 3: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated
from the Internal Central Garage, Waterworks, Sanitation and Sewer Fund
f6r the payment of all Central Garage, Waterworks, Sanitation ahd
Sewage expenses of the City of Chubbuck During aforesaid fiscal year:
470 Internal Central Garage $ 42,500.00
433 Sanitation-Salaries & Adminstration 158,300.00
434 Waterworks-Salaries & Administration 448,000.00
435 Sewage- Salaries & Administration 387,650.00

Section 4: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated
from the Water Revenue Bond and Interest Fund, Series September l, 1976,
for the payment of all bonds and interest due on water storage tank
project of th~ City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year.

Section 5: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated
from the Sewer Revenue Bond and Interest Fund, Series 10-1-72, for the
payment of all bonds and interest due on sewer system project of the
City of Chubbuck furin9 aforesaid fiscal year.

Section 6: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated
from the Local Improvement District No. l, Burnside, Bond Interest and
Principal Fund for the payment of all bonds and interest due on the
Burnside Local Improvement District project of the City of Chubbuck
during aforesaid fiscal year.
Local Improvement District No. l, Bonds & Interest $ 14,377.00
Section 7. That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated
from the Capital Improvements Funds for th~ Payment of Highway, Streets
and Roads special improvement on Yellowstone Highway and for the
payment of Fire Control Capital Improvement in the purchase of a fire
truck.

Section 8: That all Ordinances, Resolutions, or parts thereof,
in conflict herewith are expressly repealed; That the rule requiring
ordinances to be read on three separate days is hereby dispensed with,
and this Ordinance shall become effective upon its approval and
publication as provided by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, this 8th day of September, 1981.
