AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 77, ENACTED ON MAY 28, 1968, AS AMENDED
BY ORDINANCES NUMBERED 108 AND 169, TO PROVIDE THAT TWO
MEMBERS OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION (LAND USE AND
DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION) MAY RESIDE OUTSIDE THE BOUNDARIES
OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BE COME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE 5~YOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO:
Section 1: Ordinance No. 169 of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
enacted on June 22, 1976, which modifies Ordinance No. 77, enacted
on May 28, 1968, and Ordinance No. 108, enacted on May 9, 1972 is
hereby amended as follows:
RESIDENCE REQUIREMENTS: 8ne Two members of the
Commission may be a non-residents of the Cit~ of Chubbuck
who resides within one two miles--of the city limits of the
City of Chubbuck; other members--shall be residents of the
City of Chubbuck.
Section 2: The rule requiring ordinances to be read on
three separate days is hereby dispensed with, and this ordinance
shall become effective upon its passage, approval and
publication as required by law.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR Of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, this ~k day of March, 1983.
