HomeMy WebLinkAbout0209 Annual Appropriation 1979ORDINANCE NO. 209 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO APPROPRIATING THE SEVERAL SUMS OF MONEY DEEMED NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT TO DEFRAY ALL EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON THE 1ST DAY OF OCTOBER, 1979, AND ENDING ON THE 30TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1980, AND DESIGNATING THE DIFFERENT FUNDS TO WHICH SHALL BE DRAWN AND PAID, AND KNOWN AS THE "ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF FISCAL YEAR 1980"PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 50-1003, IDAHO CODE; PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO TAKE EFFECT AFTER ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION ACCORDING TO LAW. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS: Section l: That the following funds are designated as the proper funds into which all revenues accruing to the City of Chubbuck from all sources shall be paid during the fiscal year beginning on the 1st day of October, 1979 and ending on the 30th day o~ September, 1980. General Fund - Waterworks, Sanitation and Sewage Fund - Sewer Revenue Bond and Interest Fund, Series 10-1-72 - Water Revenue Bond and Interest Fund, Series September 1, 1976 - Water Revenue Bond Reserve Fund - Local Improvement Dist. # 1 Burnside Bond and Interest Fund. Section 2: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the General Fund for the payment of all General Fund expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year: 410 General Government 422 Law Enforcement & Protection 423 Fire Control & Prevention 424 Building Inspection 430 Transportation-Highway Streets & Roads 432 Engineering 438 Parks 452 Health & Welfare 490 Other Governmental Purposes TOTAL GENERAL FUND $ 204,801.00 205,800.00 89,600.00 12,000.00 148,996.53 10,250.00 73,000.00 1,715.00 518,153.47 $ 1,264,316.00 Section 3: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the Waterworks, Sanitation and Sewer Fund for the payment of all Waterworks, Sanitation and Sewage expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year: 434 Waterworks-Salaries & Administration 433 Sanitation-Salaries & Administration 435 Sewage-Salaries & Administration TOTAL WATERWORKS, SANITATION, sEwER':$ 267,762.24 113,955.63 448,135.11 829,852.98 Section 4: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the Water Revenue Bond and Interest Fund, Series September 1, 1976, for the payment of all bonds and interest due on water storage tank project of the City of Chubb~ck during aforesaid fiscal year. 434 Water Revenue Bond & Interest Fund 24,112.50 Section 5: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the Sewer Revenue Bond and Interest Fund, Series 10-1-72, for the payment of all bonds and interest due on sewer system project of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year. 435 Sewer Revenue Bond & Interest, Series 10-1-72 67,300.00 ORDINANCE NO. 209 Page 2 Section 6: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the Local Improvement District No. l, Burnside, Bond Interest and Principal Fund for the payment of all bonds and interest due on the Burnside Local Improvement District project of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year. Local Improvement District No. l, Bonds and Interest 15,355.00 Section 7: That all Ordinances, Resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict herewith!are expressly repealed; That the rule requiring ordinances to be read on three separate days is hereby dispensed with, and this Ordinance shall become effective upon its approval and publication as provided by law.
