NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City
Council of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 PM
on April 3, 2019 at Chubbuck City
Council Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect
to the following item:
1. An application for Vacation of a Cul -de -
Sac and corresponding 15 foot utility
easement located at the North end of
Burley Drive being a part of Ratliff Sub-
division Division No. 1 located in the
South East Quarter of Section 3, Town-
ship 6 South, Range 34 East, Boise
Meridian, Bannock County, Idaho.
A complete description of each item is
available to the public on request at the
City Office. Council packet will be avail-
able at the City Office on March 27,
2019. Any and all persons may register
comments, protests, or agreements on
the hearing subjects being considered.
Oral testimony concerning these pro-
posals may be offered at the public
hearing.. Council may limit oral testimo.

by the City Clerk at least 7 days prior to
the hearing, shall comply with standards
established in City Code 18.28.020.D.7.,
and shall be considered public record.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special ac-

24 hours prior to the meeting.
