SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 783
An ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, a
municipal corporation of the state of Ida-
ho, Adopting Chapter 17.28 "Police and
Emergency Services Impact Fee" to
Provide an Impact Fee upon New De-
velopment Effective March 26, 2019;
Providing New Development Shall Pay
Impact l=ees to Be Applied Towards Po-
lice and Emergency Services; Providing
a Schedule for said Impact Fees; Pro-
viding for the Administration of Said Im-
pact Fees and Periodic Adjustment
Thereof; Adopting the Capital Improve-
ments Plans Dated September 1, 2018
for the Police and Emergency Services
Departments; providing for the repeal of
conflicting ordinances; providing for the
severability of the provisions of this ordl-
nance; providing when this ordinance
shall be in effect.

Offices, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
ID 83202.
1 have reviewed the foregoing summary
and believe it provides a true and cor-
rect summary of Ordinance No. 783 and
that the summary provides adequate
notice to the public of the contents of
this ordinance.
