CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on
March 14, 2019 at Chubbuck City
Council Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect
to the following item:
An application for change in land use
zone for 1.46 acres from R-2 Limited
Residential to C-2 General Commercial,
The Comprehensive Plan Future Land
Use map designates this property as
Employment.
Location: The subject property is located
at 4526 and 4528 Burley Drive, Chub -
buck, ID,
Type of Action: Recommendation to City
Council.
A complete description of each item is
available to the public on request at the
City Office. Commission packet will be
available at the City Office on March 7,
2019. Any and all persons may register
comments, protests, or agreements on
the hearing subjects being considered.
Oral testimony concerning these pro-
posals may be offered at the public
hearing. Commission may limit oral tes-
timony. Written testimony must be re-
ceived b the Planning Department at
least 7 days prior to the hearing, shall
comply with standards 'established in
City Code 18.28.020.D,7., and shall be
considered public record.
