A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CHUBBUCK DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
ADJUSTING MEETING SCHEDULE; ADJUSTING BOARD OF COMMISSION TERMS OF APPOINTMENT;
AND ADJUSTING BOARD OFFICER ELECTIONS AND TERMS OF OFFICE TO BE CONSISTENT WITH
CHUBBUCK DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY BYLAWS ADOPTED 14 JULY 1992.
WHEREAS, City of Chubbuck Resolution #4-92 made Findings of Fact with respect to the need for
an Urban Renewal Agency with the city and did create the Chubbuck Development Authority; and
WHEREAS, City of Chubbuck Resolution #6-92 increased membership of the Board of
Commissioners to seven members; and
WHERESAS, Chubbuck Development Authority Bylaws Article IV, Section D specifies that the
Board of Commissioners shall hold regular meetings; and
WHEREAS, Chubbuck Development Authority Resolution #2015-01 established regular meetings of
the Board of Commissioners of the Chubbuck Development Authority be held on the fourth Tuesday
of the months of January, April, July and October;
WHEREAS, Chubbuck Development Authority voted on July 25th, 2017 to hold monthly
meetings on the fourth Tuesday at 5:30 pm.
WHEREAS, Chubbuck Development Authority voted on September 25, 2018 to hold
monthly meetings on the third Tuesday at 12:00 pm.
NOW THEREFORE, let it be resolved by the Board of Commissioners of the Chubbuck
Development Authority:
1. Regular meetings of the Board of Commissioners of the Chubbuck Development
Authority be held on the third Tuesday of every month at 5:30 pm ;
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CHUBBUCK
DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY THA 19TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2019.
