NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on
February 12, 2019 at Chubbuck City
Council Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect
to the following item:
An application for change in land use
zone for 10 acres from Agricultural to
R2 Limited Residential. The Compre-
hensive Plan Future Land Use map
designates this property, as Mixed Use.
Location: NW 1/ of Section 9, township 6
South, Range 34 East, of the Boise
Meridian North of 1-86, South of Park
Meadows Subdivision, East of Philbin
Rd. and West of Kasiska Subdivision.
Type of Action: Recommendation to City
Council.
A complete description of each item is
available to the public on request at the
City Office. Commission packet will be
available at the City Office on February
51 2019. Any and all persons may regis-
ter comments, protests, or agreements
on the hearing subjects being consid-
ered. Oral testimony concerning these
proposals may be offered at the public
hearing. Commission may limit -oral tes-
timony. Written testimony must be re-
ceived by the Planning Department at
least 7 days prior to the hearing shall
comply with standards established in
City Code 18.28.020.D.7., and shall be
considered public record.
City Nall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special ac-
commodations to participate in the
meeting should contact the City Plan-
ner, Paul Andrus at 208.237.2430 at
least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
