1.Myers, Anderson & Lombard Conrad plan to run all 3 projE
(Police Remodel, Animal Shelter & City Hall) simultaneously
2. Rodney Burch will act as Project Manager for City of Chuk
(1) Email loop is the best form of communication for
Public Works
3. Facility Needs Assessment -
(1) Planning for 20 years but hope for 50 years
(2) Building: 20,000 sq. ft.
(3) At least 2 stories
(4) Design -starting now to no later than Oct. 2019
(5) Budge 6.1 million
