RESOLUTION NO. 2018- �3
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATIONS MAP OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of Chubbuck's duly adopted Comprehensive Plan includes a Future
Land Use Designations Map showing the use designations of land anticipated to be annexed to
the City in the future;
WHEREAS, the Land Use Commission, after review and a public hearing on September
18, 2018, has recommended to the Chubbuck City Council an update of the City's
Comprehensive Plan to adopt the proposed Future Land Use Designations Map to include certain
lands lying East of I-15 as land anticipated to be annexed to the City in the future and to
designate said land as Commercial and Mixed Use.
WHEREAS, the City of Chubbuck after considering the recommendations from the Land
Use Commission held a public hearing on October 17, 2018 and, after the public hearing to
consider adoption of the Future Land Use Designations Map as proposed to include certain lands
lying East of I-15 as land anticipated to be annexed to the City in the future and to designate said
land as Commercial and Mixed Use.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council City of Chubbuck, after
consideration of the public hearing held before the City Council on October 17, 2018, that the
attached Future Land Use Designations Map is hereby adopted and made a part of the City's
Comprehensive Plan to include certain lands lying East of I-15 as land anticipated to be annexed
to the City in the future and to designate said land as Commercial and Mixed Use as set forth on
the attached Exhibit.
