NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on De-
cember 11, 2018 at Chubbuck City
Council Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect
to the following items:
1. An application for a Conditional Use
Permit for a Home Daycare. Location is
4619 Pahsimeroi, Chubbuck, ID 83202,
Lot 16 Block 2 of The Grove Subdivision
2nd addition. Current zoning designa-
tion is (R-1) Single f=amily Residential.
Type of Action: Public hearing and Land
use decision
A complete description of each item is
available to the public on request at the
City Office. Commission packet will be
available at the City Office on December
4, 2018. Any and all persons may regis-
ter comments, protests, or agreements
on the hearing subjects being consid-
ered. Oral testimony concerning these
proposals may be offered at the public
hearing. Commission may limit oral tes-
timony. Written testimony must be re-
ceived by the Planning Department at
least 7 days prior to the hearing, shall
comply with standards established in
City Code 18.28.620.D.7., and shall be
considered public record.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabilk
ties. Any person needing special ac-
commodations to participate in the
meeting should contact the City Plan-
ner, Paul ,Andrus at 208.237.2430 al
least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
