SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 778
An ordinance of the City.of Chubbuck, a
municipal corporation of the state of Ida-
ho, adopting Chapter 18.21 to provide
for a zoning district of Creative Commu-
nity (CC), setting forth the purposes for
such zone, providing how the other pro-
visions of Title 18 and the Chubbuck
Municipal Code are applied, providing
the mechanism for establishment of a
CC zone including the requirement of a
master development plan as part of the
rezone, requiring a design book contain-
ing certain specifications and design,
tions and showing conformance with the
master development plan: providing de-
velopment and design standards includ-
ing general standards, provisions for
building and architectural design and
standards; adding the Creative Commu-
nity (CC) zone to section 18.08.010 as a
zoning district: providing for the repeal
Of conflicting ordinances; providing for
the severability of the provisions of this
ordinance; providin when this ordf-
nance shall be in effect.
