NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUSBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a publicttearin at 6:00 PM on
October 17, 2018 at Chubbuck City Council Chambers, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the fol-
lowing Items:
1. A request for a Category A annexation Into the City of Chub -
buck which consists of approximately 632.7 acres with Agricul-
tural (A) and Commercial General (C-2) zoning designations.
The sublect property Is located within all quarters of section 35,
Township 5 South, Range 34 East; and the N 112 and SE 114 of
section 2, Township 6 South, Range 34 East, of the Boise
Meridian, Idaho. Subject property includes the fallowing Ban-
nock County tax parcels: 83853002405, R3853001305,
83853001306, R3853001308, 831353001307, 83853000509,
R3653000604,193853000506, R3653000801, R3853000507,
83853000508,83853002008,R3803057101,R3803055601,
R3803056001,R3803056003,83803056002,83803056404,
83803058403, and 83803056601. The general location Is east
of the railroad tracks, west of Interstate 15, south of Tyhee
Road, and north of Chubbuck Road. The Land Use and Devel-
opment Commission recommended approval of this applica-
tIon.

request at the Clty Office. Any and all persons may register
comments, protests, or agreements on the hearing subjects
baing considered, Oral testimony concerning these proposals
maybe offered at the public hearing. Mayor may limit oral testi-
mony, Written testimony must be received by the City Clerk at
least 7 days prior to the hearing, shall comply with standards
established in City Code 18,28,020,1),7,, and shall be consid-
ered public record,
City Hall and the City Council Chambers are accessible for per-
sons with disabilities. Any person needing special accommoda-
tions to participate In the meeting should contact the City Clerk,

meeting,
