HomeMy WebLinkAbout2018-010 Land Use DesignationCITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO RESOLUTION NO. 2018- j A RESOLUTION OF THE CiTY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATIONS MAP OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN WHEREAS, the City of Chubbuck's duly adopted Comprehensive Plan includes a Future Land Use Designations Map showing the use designations of land anticipated to be annexed to the City in the future; WHEREAS, the Land Use Commission, atter review and a public hearing, has recommended to the Chubbuck City Council an update of the City's Comprehensive Plan to adopt the proposed Future Land Use Designations Map to change the designation of certain described properties to Commercial as set forth on the attached Exhibit. WHEREAS, the City of Chubbuck after considering the recommendations from the Land Use Commission held a public hearing on October 3, 2018 and, atter the public hearing and discussion by the council, voted to approve adoption of the Future Land Use Designations Map as proposed with the change of the designated property to Commercial. NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council City of Chubbuck that the attached Future Land Use Designations Map is hereby adopted and made a part of the City's Comprehensive Plan with the change of the designated property to Commercial.
