NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCIK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 PM on
October 3, 2015 at Chubbuck City Council Chambers, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the fol-
lowing items:
1. A request to amend the f=uture Land Use Designations Map of
Chubbuck's Comprehensive Plan to change the designation of
approximately 150 acres of land to Commercial. The subject
property is located within the N 1/2 of section 2, Township 6
South, Range 34 East, of the Boise Meridian, Subject property
includes the following Bannock County taxpparcels:
R3853000504, 83853000506,R3853000507,R3853000508,
and 83853000509. The general location is east of Hiline Road,
west of Interstate 15, and north of Chubbuck Road. This peti-
tion was recommended for approval by the Land Use and De-
velopment Commission. Type of Action; Decision
A complete description of each item is available to the public on
request at the City Office. Any and all persons may register
comments, protests, or agreements on the hearing subjects
being considered. Oral testimony concerning these proposals
may be offered at the public hearing. Mayor may limit oral testi-
mony. Written testimony must be received by the City Clerk at
least 7 days prior to the hearing, shall comply with standards
established in City Code 18.28.020.D.7., and shall be consid-
ered public record.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers are accessible for per-
sons with disabilities. Any person needing special accommoda-
tions to participate in the meeting should contact the City Clerk,
Rich Morgan at 208.237.2400 at least 24 hours prior to the
meeting.
