NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUSBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City Of,
Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 PM on
October 17, 2018 at Chubbuck City Council Chambers, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the fol-
lowing items:
1. A request to amend the Future Land Use Designations Map of
Chubbuck's Comprehensive Plan to include approximately 950
acres of land and to designate said land as Commercial and
Mixed Use. The sub ect property is located within the E 112 of
section 35 and the 112 and SE 114 of section 36, Township 5
South, Range 34 East: in the E 112 of section 2 and N 112 of
section 1, Township 6 South, Range 34 East; in the NW 114 of
section 6, Township 6 South, Range 35 East; and in the N 112
of section 31, Township 5 South, Range 35 East, of the Boise
Meridian. Subject property includes the following Bannock
County tax parcels: 83853000516, 83853000409,
83853000413,R3853000411,R3851001402, R3803057106,
R3803055602, A3803057200, R3805002500, R3805002600,
and 83853000514. Thegeneral location is approximate)y 112
mile north of Chubbuck Road and East of Interstate 15. Action
Item: Decision
A complete description of each item is available to the public on
request at the City Office. Any and all persons may register
comments, protests, or agreements on the hearing subjects
being considered. Oral testimony concerning these proposals
may be offered at the public hearing. Mayor may limit oral testE-
mony. Written testimony must be received by the City Clerk at
least 7 days prior to the hearing, shall comply with standards
established in City Code 18.28.020.D.7., and shall be consid-
ered public record.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers are accessible for per-
sons with disabilities. Any person needing special accommoda-
tions to participate in the meeting should contact the City Clerk,
Rich Morgan at 208.237.2400 at least 24 hours prior to the
meeting,
