REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
The CITY OF CHUBBUCK is seeking pro-
posals from qualified Architectural Con-
sultants to provide planning, design and
construction observation services for
Proposed City Municipal Buildings in-
cluding New City Hall, Police Headquar-
ters Renovation and New Animal Con-
trol Facility. Proposals will be received
by City of Chubbuck, until 4:00 PM local
time on Tuesday, September 25, 2018.
The Full RFP Documents including in-
structions, scope of work for services
contemplated, selection criteria, con-
tract terms and the scoring methodology
factors to be considered can be ob-
tained at City of Chubbuck, Public
Works Department, 5160 Yellowstone
Ave, Chubbuck, Idaho 83202 or by
email at rburch@c�tyofchubbuek.us.
The City of Chubbuck reserves the right
to reject any or all proposals and to ac-
cept the proposal deemed most advan-
tageous to the best interest of City of
Chubbuck
