A request for a Category A annexation into the City of Chub - buck which consists of approximately 680 acres with Agricultur- al (A) and Commercial General (C-2) zoning designations. The subject property is located within all quarters of section 35, Township 5 South, Range 34 East; and the N 112 and SE 114 of section 2, Township 6 South, Range 34 East, of the Boise Meridian, Idaho. Subject property includes the following Ban- nock County tax parcels: R3853002405, R3853001305, R38530011306, R3853001308, 83853001307, 83853000509, R3853000504,83853000506,R3853000801,R3853000507, R3853000508,83803057101,R3803055601,R3803056207, 83803056208,83803056205,R3803056001,R3803056003, 83803056002,R3803056404,R3803056403,and R3803056601. The general location is east of the railroad tracks, west of Interstate 15,south of Tyhee Road, and north of Chubbuck Road. Action Item: Recommendation to Cily Council 2. A request for a Category A annexation into the City of Chub - buck which consists of approximately 897 acres with Agricultur- al (A) zoning designation. The subject property is located within the E 1/2 of section 35 and the W 112 and SE 114 of section 36, Township 5 South, Range 34 East; in the E 112 of section 2 and N 112 of section 1, Township 6 South, Range 34 East; in the NW 1/4 of section 6, Township 6 South, Range 35 East, of the Boise Meridian. Subject property includes the following Bannock County tax parcels: 83853000516, 83853000409, 83853000413,83853000411,R3851001402,R3803057106, R3803055602, 1=13803057200, and R3853000514, and includ- ing all Interstate 15 right-of-way or other lands otherwise owned by the State of Idaho, or one of its agencies, which would connect the subject property to the property described in previous public hearing item. The general location is approxi- mately 112 mile north of Chubbuck Road and east from the western boundary of Interstate 15. Action Item: Recommenda- tion to City Council A complete description of each item is available to the public on request at the City Office. Commission packet will be available at the City Office on September 11, 2018. Any and all persons may register comments, protests, or agreements on the hear- ing subiects being considered. Oral testimony concerning these proposals may be offered at the public hearing. Commis- sion may limit oral testimony. Written testimony must be re- ceived by the Planning Department at least 7 days prior to the hearing, shall comply with standards established in City Code 18.28.020.D.7., and shall be considered public record. City Hall and the City Council Chambers are accessible for per- sons with disabilities.
