OTICE IS HERt=BY GIVEN that the City
Council of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 PM
on September 05, 2018 at Chubbuck
City Council Chambers, 5160 Yellow-
stone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with
respect to the following items:
..Petitioner, City of Chubbuck, proposes
a Change in Land Use District from In-
dustrial (1) to Commercial General (C-2)
for all lands which are zoned Industrial
(1) and which are located within the NE
1/4 of Section 10, Township 6 South,
Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian
and which are located between the rail-
road tracks on the eastern boundary
and Yellowstone Highway on the west-
ern boundary, and between East Chub -
buck Road on the northern boundary
and Interstate 86 on the southern
boundary. At the meeting, the Council
will review the request against criteria
established in Idaho Code 67-6511,
namely, whether the request conforms
to the policies of the C'tys Comprehen-
sive Plan and whether the request
would result in demonstrable adverse
impacts upon the delivery of se rvices by
any political subdivision providing public
services within the area, including the
school district. Following a public hear-
ing on August 14, 2018, the Land Use
and Development Commission recom-
mended approval of the petition. Type o_f

A complete description of each item is
available to the public on request at the
City Office. Any and all persons may
register comments, protests, or agree-
ments on the hearing subjects being
considered. Oral testimony concerning
these proposals may be offered at the
public hearing. Mayor may limit oral tes-
timony. Written testimony must be re-
ceived by the City Clerk at least 7 days
prior to the hearing, shall, comply with
standards established in City Code
18.28.020.D,7., and shall be considerec
public record.
