NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on
June 12, 2018 at Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the
following items:
1. An application by Patrick Connor/Build-
ing Hope for a CUP - Conditional Use
Permit for a K-12 public charter school,
GemPrep Pocatello, to be located within
a renovated department store (formerly
Sears). Located Southwest 1/a of Section
10, Township 6 South, Range 34 East
of the Boise Meridian, City of Chubbuck,
Bannock County, Idaho. Location is
4145 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
ID 83202. The proposal will be evaluat-
ed against criteria established in Chub -
buck City Code section 18.28.040C.
Type of Action: Decision
A complete description of each item is
available to the public on request at the
City Office. Staff reports will be available
at the City Office on .lune 5, 2018. Any
and all persons may register comments,
protests, or agreements on the hearing
subjects being considered. Oral testimo-
ny concerning these proposals may be
offered at the public hearing. Commis-
sion may limit oral testimony. Written
testimony must be received by the Plan-
ning Department at least 7 days prior to
the hearing, shall comply with standards
established in City Code 18.28.020.D.7.,
and shall be considered public record.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special ac-
commodations to participate in the
meeting should contact the City Plan-
ner, Paul Andrus at 208.237.2430 at
least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
