NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City
Council of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 PM
on May '16, 2018 at Chubbuck City
Ccuncil Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect
to the following items:
1. Applicant, City of Chubbuck, propos-
es an amendment of the City of Chub -
buck's Comprehensive Plan's Function-
al Class Road System Map. Changes
include but are not limited to: adding a
note that Tyhee and Siphon Roads, east
of Rio Vista Road, and Rio Vista Road
are intended to be 120 foot rights-of-
way; and adjusting the location of sever-
al collectors, minor arterials, and princi-
pal arterials within the City of Chubbuck
and its area of city impact.
A complete description of each item is
available to the public on request at the
City Office. Staff reports will be available
at the City Office on April 17, 2018. Any
and all persons may register comments,
protests, or agreements on the hearing
subjects being considered, Oral testimo-
ny concerning these proposals may be
offered at the public hearing. Commis-
sion may limit oral testimony. Written
testimony must be received by the City
Clerk at least 7 days prior to the hear-
ing, shall comply with standards estab-
lished in City Code 1B.28.020.D7., and
shall be considered public record,
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
.are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special ac-
commodations to participate in the
meeting should contact the City Clerk,
Rich Morgan at 208.237.2400 at least
24 hours prior to the meeting.

of the United States of America more than 21
years of age, and the Principal Clerk of the Idaho
State Journal, a daily newspaper, printed and
published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of
which is attached, was published in the said
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following

That said paper has been continuously and
uninterruptedly published in said County for a
