HomeMy WebLinkAbout1982NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1982-83 City of Chubbuck, Idaho NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho will hold a public hearing for consideration of the proposed budget for fiscal period October 1, 1982 - September 30, 1983, all pursuant to the provisions of Section 50-1002, I.C., said hearing to be held at City Municipal Building, Chubbuck, Idaho at 7:30 p.m., on August 31, 1982. At said hearing all interested persons may appear and show cause, if any they have, why said proposed budget should not be adopted. PROPOSE' EXPENDITURES THE FOLLOWING is an estimate set forth it said proposed budget, of the total proposed expenditures and accruing indebtedness of the City Of Chubbuck, Idaho for the fiscal year period October 11 1982 - September 30, 1983. Armstrong, City Clerk of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho do hereby certify that the above is a true and correct statement of the proposed expenditures and revenues for fiscal year 1982-83, all of which have been tentatively approved and entered at length in the Journal of Proceedings. I further certify that the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, did give notice and hold a hearing upon the proposed uses of the City's General Revenue Sharing Funds with notice having been published at least seven days prior to the adoption of the tentative budget by the City Council. Citizens are invited to attend the budget hearing on August 31, 1982 at 7:30 p.m., and have the right to provide written or oral comments concerning the entire City Budget and its relationship to the Revenue Sharing Funds, and that a copy of the proposed City Budget in detail is available at City Hall for inspection during regular office hours.
