NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING of the United States of America more than 21
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Land
Use & Development Commission of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a
public hearing at 7:00 PM on April 10.
2018 at Chubbuck City Council Cham-
bers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chub -
buck, Idaho, with respect to the following
items:
Applicant, City of Chubbuck, proposes
an amendment of the City of Chubbuck's
Comprehensive Plan's Functional Class
Road System Map. Changes include but
are not limited to: adding a note that Ty-'
hee and Siphon Roads, east of Rio Vista
Road, and Rio Vista Road are intended
to be 120 foot rights-of-way; and adjust-
ing the location of several collectors, mi-
nor arterials, and principal arterials within
the City of Chubbuck and its area of city
impact.
A complete description of each item is
available to the public on request at the
City Office. Staff reports will be available
at the City Office on April 3, 2018. Any
and all persons may register comments,
protests, or agreements on the hearing
subjects being considered. Oral #estimo-
ny concerning these proposals may be
offered at the public hearing. Commis-
sion may limit oral testimony. Written tes-
timony must be received by the Planning
Department at least 7 days prior to the
hearing, shall comply with standards es-
tablished in City Code 18.28,020,D.7.,
and shall be considered public record.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special accom-
modations to participate in the meeting
should contact the City Planner, Paul An-
drus at 208.237.2430 at least 24 hours
prior to the meeting.
