A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCIk,- IDAHO, AMENDING THE RATES TO BE CHARGED BY THE
CITY FOR GARBAGE COLLECTION PROVIDED THROUGH THE MUNICIPAL SANITARY SERVICE
SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, Section 13.03.010 of the Chubbuck Municipal Code provides for garbage collection and
disposal rates through the sanitary services should be set by resolution; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Chubbuck, that effective, February
7, 2018, the monthly charges for this service shall be as follows:
