HomeMy WebLinkAbout01 28 2018 Land UsePROOF OF PUBLICATION STATE OF IDAHO County of Bannock LN24959 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Land Use & Development Commission of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con• duct a Public Hearing at 7:00 pm on February 13, 2018 at Chubbuck City Council Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the following items: Applicant, City of Chubbuck proposes an ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, Ida- ho, adding section 17.08.145 to define the "Public Works Director"; amending section 17.12.020 regarding the Plan- ning Conference to provide submissionE shall be made by the developer seven days prior to the Planning Conference meeting; making changes in chapter 17.12 to eliminate Public Hearings for plats unless petition is made and grant- ed or required under state law; provldinc forlats to be submitted in electronic PDF format; clarifying criteria for a Mas- ter Plan; providing for the review and criteria for consideration of a Preliminary Plat by staff and agencies and by the Land Use and Development Commis- sion and provisions for Public Hearing if requested, providing for the review of the Preliminary and Final Plat by the City Council and provisions for Public Hearing if requested; providing for sub- mission of covenants and entity forma- tion information to provide for the main- tenance and preservation of improve- ments or land held in common owner- ship; providing for plat certification to in- clude provisions relating to irrigation wa- ter and any Development Agreement re- lated to the property; repealing section 18.20.060 E which requires 100 square feet of usable prtvate space in a resi- dential Planned Unit Development; re- pealing prior conflicting ordinances; pro- viding for the severability of the provi- sions of this ordinance; providing that all other sections of chapter 17.08, 17.12 and 18.20 not amended shall remain in effect; and providing when this ordi- nance is effective. A complete description of each item is available to the public on request at the City Office. Staff reports will be available at the City Office on February 6, 2018. Any and all persons may register com- ments, protests, or agreements on the hearing subjects being considered. Oral testimony concerning these proposals may be offered at the public hearing. Commission may limit oral testimony. Written testimony must be received by the Planning Department at least 7 days prior to the hearing,shall comply with standards established in City Code 18.28.020.D.7., and shall be considered public record, ;ity Hall and the City Council Chambers are accessible for persons with disabili- ties.
