COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER: Mayor England

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: February 1, 2017 and February 15, 2017
Councilmember Lewis moved to approve the minutes. Councilmember Ellis seconded. Roll call
vote: Ellis -yes, Lewis -yes, Baumeister -yes, Evans -yes
GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. Confirm Brandon Jackson to the Land Use Development Board.
Mayor England introduced the Council to Mr. Jackson. Employee of ICCU. Mr. Jackson
replaces Russel Armstrong.
Councilmember Lewis moved to confirm the appointment of Brandon Jackson.
Councilmember Ellis seconded. Roll call vote: Ellis -yes, Lewis -yes, Baumeister -yes,
Evans -yes.
2. Discussion and acceptance of Walsh Estates Final Plat.
Councilmember Evans recused herself from this decision.
Andrew Walsh, Sheba Street in Chubbuck presented the final plat. Walsh Estates is
located on Homestead St. The plat is in compliance with all City ordinances.
Councilmember Lewis excused himself at 6:1 Opm.
Councilmember Ellis moved to accept the Walsh Estates Final Plat. Councilmember
Baumeister seconded. Roll call vote: Ellis -yes, Lewis -excused, Baumeister -yes, Evans -
recused.
3. Ordinance XXX Public Right of Way Contractors License and Public Right of Way
Construction. This item was postponed to a later meeting.
CLAIMS: Computer Printout claims for March 1, 2017 as presented to Mayor England
and Council. Councilmember Ellis moved to approve the claims. Councilmember Evans
seconded. Roll call vote: Ellis -yes, Lewis -absent, Baumeister -yes, Evans -yes.
ADJOURN: Mayor England adjourned the meeting.
