APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Council Study Session November 2, 2016, Council Meeting November
2, 2016, Council Meeting November 16, 2016
Councilmember Lewis moved to approve the meeting minutes listed. Councilmember
Baumeister seconded. Roll call vote: Ellis -yes, Lewis -yes, Baumeister -yes, Evans -yes.
GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. Discussion and possible cancelation of Council Meeting on December 21, 2016.
Councilmember Baumeister moved to cancel the regularly scheduled meeting of
December 21, 2016. Councilmember Lewis seconded. Roll call vote: Ellis -yes, Lewis -
yes, Baumeister -yes, Evans -yes.
2. Discussion and possible adoption of updated City Personnel Policy. Scott Gummersall
presented the proposed changes to the policy.
Councilmember Baumeister moved to adopt the updated City Personnel Policy effective
January 1, 2017. Councilmember Evans seconded. Roll call vote: Ellis -yes, Lewis -yes,
Baumeister -yes, Evans -yes.
CLAIMS: Computer Printout claims for December 7, 2016 as presented to Mayor England and
Council.
Councilmember Lewis moved to approve the claims. Councilmember Baumeister seconded.
Roll call vote: Ellis -yes, Lewis -yes, Baumeister -yes, Evans -yes.
