SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 771
An ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, a
municipal corporation of the state of Ida-
ho, providing for a change of land use
district with respect to certain lands as
1) Antler Ridge Apartments North of
East Chubbuck Road and West of Kays
Kove Subdivision - from Limited Resi-
dential (R-2) to Planned Unit Develop�
ment (PUD); 2) Jensen's Cove Subdivi-
sion at the Corner of Tree Valley Road
and Carden Drive- from Agricultural (A)
to Single Family Residential (R-1); and
3) Lucky Lane Apartments Pud at 5202
Lucky Street from Limited Residential
R-2 to Planned Unit Development
PU ); all of which are within the bound-
aries of the City of Chubbuck and which
lands are more particularly described in
the ordinance; declaring that the city
council finds that such change in land
use pattern is consistent with those pre-
scribed by the city's comprehensive
plan; providing that this ordinance shall
be in effect after its passage, approval
and publication.

at the City Clerk's Office, Chubbuck City
Offices, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
I D 83202.
I have reviewed the foregoing summary
and believe it provides a true and cor-
rect summary of Ordinance 771 and
that the summary provides adequate
notice to the public of the contents of
this ordinance.
