NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City
Council of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho
will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 PM
on October 18th, 2017 at Chubbuck Citi
Council Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect
to the following items:
1. An application for a Planned Unit De-
velopment (PUD) Preliminary Develop-
ment Plan for a proposed "Evans PUD",
an 8 unit Multifamily Infill PUD. Located
Northwest 1/4 of Section 3, Township 6
South, Range 34 East of the Boise
Meridian, City of Chubbuck, Bannock
County, Idaho. Approximate location is
on north and south sides of Belva Lane
at approximately 159 Belva Lane. Appli-
cation will be evaluated against criteria
established by Idaho Code §67.6511
and municipal code §18.20.110.E. On
9/12/17, the Land Use & Development
Commission recommended approval of
the Plan and of a waiver request from
the 100 square feet of private space per
unit requirement.
2. An application for a Preliminary Plat for
"Evans PUD". Proposed division is 4
residential lots and 2 common area lots
on approximately 0.5 acres. Located
Northwest % of Section 3, Township 6
South, Range 34 East of the Boise
Meridian, City of Chubbuck, Bannock
County Idaho. Approximate location is
on north and south sides of Belva Lane
at approximately 159 Belva Lane. Appli-
cation will be evaluated against criteria
established municipal code §17.12.100.
On 9/12/17, the Land Use & Develop-
ment Commission recommended ap-
proval of the Preliminary Plat and of a
waiver request from the 50 foot local
right right-of-way requirement.

the City Office. Any and all persons may
register comments, protests, or agree-
ments on the hearing subjects being
considered. Oral testimony concerning
these proposals may be offered at the
public hearing. Commission may limit
oral testimony. Written testimony must
be received by the City Clerk at least 7
days prior to the hearing, shall comply
with standards established in City Code
18.28.020.D.7., and shall be considered
public record.
