NOTICE OF PUBLIC BEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on
September 12, 2017 at Chubbuck City
Council Chambers, 5160 YelIowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect
to the following items:
I. An application for a Planned Unit De-
velopment (PUD) Preliminary Develop-
ment Plan for a proposed "Evans PUD",
an 8 unit Multifamily Infill PUD, Located
Northwest 1/4 of Section 3, Township 6
South, Range 34 East of the Boise
Meridian, City of Chubbuck, Bannock
County Idaho. Approximate location is
on north and south sides of Belva Lane
at approximately 159 Belva Lane. Appli-
cation will be evaluated against criteria
established by Idaho Code §67-6511
and municipal code §18.20.110. E. Type
of Decision: Recommendation to City
Council.
'2. An application for a Preliminary Plat for
"Evans PUD". Proposed division is 4
residential lots and 2 common area lots
on approximately 0.5 acres. Located
Northwest 114 of Section 3, Township 6
South, Range 34 East of the Boise
Meridian, City of Chubbuck, Bannock
CountyIdaho. Approximate location is
on north and south sides of Belva Lane
at approximately 159 Belva Lane. Appli-
cation will be evaluated against criteria
established municipal code §17.12.100.
Type of Decision: Recommendation to
City Council.
A complete description of each item is
available to the public on request at the
City Office. Staff reports will be available
at the City Office on September 5, 2017.
Any and all persons may register com-
ments, protests, or agreements on the
hearing subjects being considered. Oral
testimony concerning these proposals
may be offered at the public hearing.
Commission may limit oral testimony.
Written testimony must be received by
the Planning Department at least 7 days
prior to the hearing, shall comply with
standards established in City Code
18.28.020.D.7., and shall be considered
public record.
