BIDS will be received until 2 P.M. Local Mountain Daylight Time,
on August 24, 2017, and then at said office publicly opened
and read aloud shortly thereafter. A contract will be awarded
or bids rejected within 60 days of the bid opening.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at Chubbuck City Hall, Chubbuck,
ID at 2 P.M. Local Mountain Daylight Time, on August 10
2017. Representatives of the City of Chubbuck (OWNER and
Keller Associates (ENGINEER) will be present to discuss the
project.

The Work consists of the following water infrastructure improve-
ments including: a 1,500,000 gallon partially buried cast -in-
place circular concrete tank, a CMU booster station, a ground-
water well pump (the well has already been drilled) and CMU
well house, associated site piping, mass excavation, electrical
controls, HVAC, and all associated components and appurte-
nances.
Copies of the Contract Documents and Bid Documents may be
obtained at the office of.KELLER ASSOCIATES, INC., at the
location noted above. Contract Documents and Bid Docu-
ments will be issued in either a pdf format on compact disc
(CD) or as a Paper Document version. Bidders will be required
to pay a nonrefundable cost of $100 for the Paper Document
version or $30 for the CD version. Bid Documents can also be
purchased electronically at www.kellerassociates.com via
Quest CDN for $20. Click on 'Current Projects Bidding`
which shows, in the left hand column, all of the projects which
we have bidding at this time. Click on the 'City of Chubbuck -
Well #6 Water Tank, Pump Station and Well House' hyper-
link which will display information specific to the project.
All communications relative to this work shall be directed to the
ENGINEER (Colter Hollingshead, Keller Associates, 208- 238-
2146) prior to the opening of the Bid Proposals.
Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and ac•
companied by a certified cashier's check or a'corporrate bid
