NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing and deliberation at
7:00 PM on August 8, 2017 at Chub -
buck City Council Chambers, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho,
with respect to the following items:
1. An application by Ellis Construction
Lifestyle Homes for a Preliminary Plat
for Copperfield Landing - Division 5. Lo-
cated Northeast 1/4 of Section 4, Town-
ship 6 South, Range 34 East, of the
Boise Meridian, Bannock County Idaho.
Location is between Copperf€eld Land-
ing Division 3 and 4 subdivisions.
2. An application b Nick Jensen for a
Change in Land Use District on the pro-
posed Jensen's Cove Subdivision from
agricultural (A) to single family residen-
tial (R-1), Located Southwest Y4 Section
2, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of
the Boise Meridian in the County of Ban-
nock. Location is comer of Tree Valley
Road and Garden Drive.
3. An applicationby Nick Jensen for a
Preliminary Plat for Jensen's Cove. Lo-
cated Southwest 1/ Section 2r Township
6 South, Range 34 East of the Boise
Meridian in the County of Bannock on
the same land as is the proposed re-
zone. Location -is corner of Tree Valley
Road and Garden Drive.
4. An application by Rocky Mountain In-
vesting, LLC for PUD Preliminary Devel-
opment Plan for proposed Selder Mead-
ows Apartments for Multifamily Infill
Planned Unit Development, PUD. Lo-
cated Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4
Section 4, Township 6 South, Range 34
East of the Boise Meridian, City of
Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho. Lo-
cation is on Hawthorne Road North of
Chastain Drive, South of Canal Street.

vesting, LLC for a Preliminary Plat for
Selder Meadows Apartments. Located
Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 Sec-
tion 4, Township 6 South, Range 34
East of the Boise Meridian, City of
Chubbuck, Bannock County Idaho. Lo-
cation is on Hawthorne Road North of
Chastain Drive, South of Canal Street.
6. An application b Chris Peterson for a
Preliminary Plat or Integrity Estates Di-
vision 2. Located northwest 1/4 of Sec-
tion 4, Township 6 South, Range 34
East of the Boise Meridian, Bannock
County, Idaho. Location is south of Sun-
rise East Estates at the South end of
Hunter & Jake Avenues.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Au-
gust 16, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at the Chub -
buck City Council Chambers, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Ave, Chubbuck, Idaho the City

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says:
that SHE was at all times herein mention a citizen
of the United States of America more than 21
years of age, and the Principal Clerk of the Idaho
State Journal, a daily newspaper, printed and
published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which
is attached, was published in the said IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates, to -
wit:

That said paper has been continuously and
uninterruptedly published in said County for a
period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the
publication of said notice of advertisement and is a
