NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on Ma
9, 2017 at Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the fo
lowing items:
1. An application by Mason Lewis, 15136
West Hunziker Road, Pocatello, ID
83202 for the Preliminary Plat for Lewis
Subdivision located in Northeast 1/a of
Section 4, Township 6 South, Range 34
East, of the Boise Meridian in the Coun-
ty of Bannock, approximately 555
Homestead Road.
2. An application by DelTam 3 and
Briscoe Bybee Contractors for a
Change in Land Use District for a por-
tion of the Grove Subdivision from single
family residential (R-1) to limited com-
mercial (C-1). Located Northeast 'A of
Section 8, Township 6 South, Range 34
East, of the Boise Meridian in the Coun-
of Bannock, Philbin Road between I-
6 and West Chubbuck Road,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May
17, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at the Chubbuck
City Council Chambers, 5160 Yellow-
stone Ave, Chubbuck, Idaho the City
Council will hold a public hearing re-
garding Item #1, Lewis Subdivision Pre-
liminary Plat together with the recom-
mendations of the Land Use and Devel-
opment Commission.

FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.

and at the time indicated will be given
an opportunity to be heard in support of,
