MICRO -SURFACE AGGREGATE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
Sealed bids for City of Chubbuck 2017
STREET MICRO -SURFACE OVERLAY
AGGREGATE will be received by the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho at the office of
the Public Works Director, 5160 Yellow-
stone Avenue, Chubbuok, Idaho until
11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 2, 2017, at
which time, bids duly submitted will be
opened andread. Work consists of ap-
proximately supplying 1,363 tons of mi-
cro -surface overlay aggregate for the
City of Chubbuck. A complete list of ma-
te r�als and specifications for which the
bids are solicited is available at the of-
fice of the Public Works Director, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho.
All bids must be delivered under sealed
cover and must contain one of the fol-
lowing forms of bidder's security in the
amount of 5% of the amount bid: Cash,
cashier's check payable to the city, cer-
tified check payable to the city, or bid-
der's bond executed by a qualified sure-
ty company payable to the city. The city
reserves the right to accept any and all
bids or to accept the lowest responsible
bid or any item of any such bid being the
most advantageous to the city.

that SHE was at all times herein mention a citizen
of the United States of America more than 21
years of age, and the Principal Clerk of the Idaho
State Journal, a daily newspaper, printed and
published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which
is attached, was published in the said IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates, to -

That said paper has been continuously and
uninterruptedly published in said County for a
