CHUBBUCK DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY - CITY OF CHUiBBUCK,
IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Chubbuck Development Authority ("Au-
thority") has filed with the City of Chub -
buck, Idaho, a report of the Authority's
activities for the calendar year 2016, in-
cluding a complete financial statement
in accordance with Idaho Code Section
50-206. The Authority will hold a public
meeting at 5:30 pm on April 25, 2017 at
the City of Chubbuck Council Cham-
bers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chub -
buck, ID, to report these findings and
take comments from the public:

IS ON FILE ATTHE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN COMMENTS MUST BE SUB-
MITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE PUB-
LIC MEETING.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing, and at the
time indicated will be given an opportu-
nity to comment.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special ac-
commodations to participate in the
meeting should contact the City Planner,
Paul Andrus at 208.237.2430 at least 24
hours prior to the meeting.

State Journal, a daily newspaper, printed and
published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
