NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on
April 11, 2017 at Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the fol-
lowing items:
An application by The City of Chub -
buck, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chub -
buck, ID 83202 for the annexation into
the City of Chubbuck all of Lea Avenue
and Lamar Street right-of-way as depIct-
ed on the Lamar Acres No. 1 subdivi-
sion plat.
2. An application by The City of Chub -
buck, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chub -
buck, ID 83202 for the zoning change
for all of Lea Avenue and Lamar Street
right-of-way as depicted on the Lamar
Acres No. 1 subdivision plat. Existing
zoning is County, proposed zoning is
Single Family Residential (R-1).
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April
19, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at the Chubbuck
City Council Chambers, 5160 Yellow-
stone Ave, Chubbuck, Idaho the City
Council will hold a public hearing re-
garding Item #1, annexation and #2,
zoning change, together with the recom-
mendations of the Land Use and Devel-
opment Commission.
A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given
an opportunity to be heard in support of,
or in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with d€sabili-
ties. Any person needing special ac-
commodations to participate in the
meeting should contact the City Planner,,
Paul Andrus at 208.237.2430 at least 24
hours prior to the meeting.

of the United States of America more than 21
years of age, and the Principal Clerk of the Idaho
State Journal, a daily newspaper, printed and
published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
