SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 766
An ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, a
municipal corporation of the state of Ida-
ho, amending Chubbuck municipal code
section 2.04.010 to set the mayor's
salary at $55,720 per year, effective
January 1, 2018; providing periodic ad-
justments in the salaries is discretionary
and may reflect changes in not only the
consumer price index but other bench
marks or available data; providing for
the repeal of conflicting ordinances; pro-
viding that all other provisions of Chap-
ter 2.04 not amended shall remain in ef-
fect; providing for the severability of the
provisions of this ordinance; providing
when this ordinance shall be in effect.

Offices, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
ID 83202.
I have reviewed the foregoing summary
and believe it provides a true and cor-
rect summary of Ordinance No. 766 and
that the summary provides adequate
notice to the public of the contents of
this ordinance.
