NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Chubbuck City Council of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a public
hearing at 6:00 PM on February 15,
2017 at Chubbuck City Council Cham-
bers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chub -
buck, Idaho, with respect to the follow-
ing items:
1. An application by Stewart Nelson, 2630
N. Inkom Road, Inkom, ID 83245 for an-
nexation into the City of Chubbuck the
proposed Bilyeu Estates located in
Southwest 1/4 of Section 4, Township 6
South, Range 34 East, of the Boise
Meridian in the County of Bannock,
North of Chubbuck Road and East of
Philbin Road.
2, An application by Stewart Nelson, 2630
N. Inkom Roadr Inkom, ID 83245 for
zone change of the proposed Bilyeu Es-
tates located in Southwest 3/4 of Section
4, Township 6 South, Range 34 Eastr of
the Boise Meridian in the County of Ban-
nock, from Agricultural (AG) to Limited
,Residential (R-2). Located North of
Chubbuck Road and East of Philbin
Road.
3. An application by Stewart Nelson, 2630
N. Inkom Road, Inkom, ID 83245 for the
Preliminary Plat for Bilyeu Estates Divi-
sion 1 located in Southwest 1/4 of Sec-
tion 4, Township 6 South, Range 34
East, of the Boise Meridian in the Coun-
ty of Bannock, North of Chubbuck Road
and East of Philbin Road.

FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given
an opportunity to be heard in support of,
or in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special ac-
commodations to participate in the
meeting should contact the City Clerk,
Rich Morgan at 208.237.2400 at least
24 hours prior to the meeting.
