CITY OF CHUSBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct'a public nearing at 7:00 PM on
February 14, 2017 at Chubbuck City
Council Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect
to the following items:
1. An application by Precision Properties,
PO Sox 4082 Pocatello, ID 83205 for
PUD Preliminary Development Plan for
proposed Antler Ridge Subdivision for
Multifamily Infill Planned Unit Develop-
ment, PUD. Located in the Southwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter of Sec-
tion 2, Township 6 South, Range 34
East of the Boise Meridian in Bannock
County. Location is North of East Chub -
buck Road and West of Kays Kove.
2. An application by Precision Properties,
PO Box 4082 Pocatello, ID 83205 for
Preliminary Plat for Antler Ridge Subdi-
vision. Located in the Southwest quar-
ter of the Southwest quarter of Section
2, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of
the Boise Meridian in Bannock County.
Location is North of East Chubbuck
Road and West of Kays Kove.

FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given
an opportunity to be heard in support of,
or in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
fies. Any person needing special ac-
commodations to participate in the
meeting should contact the City Planner,
Paul Andrus at 208.237.2430 at least 24
hours prior to the meeting.
