Separate sealed BIDS for construction of
Well #6 will be received by the City of
Chubbuck at the address indicated be-
low. Bids should be clearly marked on
the exterior of the envelope in which
they are submitted with the following in-
formation,

BIDS will be received until 2 P.M. Local
Mountain Daylight Time, on October 18,
2016, and then at said office publicly
opened and read aloud shortly there-
after. A contract will be awarded or bids
rejected within 60 days of the bid open-
ing.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at Chub -
buck City Hall, Chubbuck, ID at 10 A.M.
Local Mountain Daylight Time, on Octo-
ber 11, 2016. Representatives of the
City of Chubbuck (OWNER) and Keller
Associates (ENGINEER) will be present
to discuss the project.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be

The Work consists of the tol lowing Im-
provement: drilling, development and
pump testing of a groundwater well and
all associated components and appurte-
nances.
Copies of the Contract Documents and
Bid Documents may be obtained at the
office of KELLER ASSOCIATES, INC.,
at the location noted above. Contract
Documents and Bid Documents will be
issued in either a pdf format on compact
disc (CD) or as a Paper Document ver-
sion. Bidders will be required to pay a
nonrefundable cost of $40 for the Paper
Document version or $25 for the CD
version. Bid Documents can also be

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says:
that SHE was at all times herein mention a citizen
of the United States of America more than 21
years of age, and the Principal Clerk of the Idaho
State Journal, a daily newspaper, printed and
published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which
is attached, was published in the said IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates, to -

That said paper has been continuously and
uninterruptedly published in said County for a
period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the

newspaper within the meaning of the laws of
