ORDINANCE 763
kN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO AP-
PROPRIATING THE SEVERAL SUMS OF MONEY DEEMED NECESSARY AND
SUFFICIENT TO DEFRAY ALL EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON THE 1ST. DAY OF OCTO-
BER, 2016, AND ENDING ON THE 30TH. DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2017, AND DES-
IGNATING THE DIFFERENT FUNDS TO WHICH SHALL BE DRAWN AND PAID,
AND KNOWN AS THE "ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF FISCAL YEAR
2017" PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 50-1003, IDAHO CODE,
PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO TAKE EFFECT AFTER ITS PASSAGE,
APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION ACCORDING TO LAW.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the following funds are designated as the proper funds into which all
revenues accruing to the City of Chubbuck from all sources shall be paid during the
fiscal year beginning on the 1st. day of October, 2016, and ending on the 30th day of
September, 2017.
The General Fund, Highway, Streets and Roads Fund, Water, Wastewater, and Sanita-
tion, Chubbuck Development Authority, and Special Revenue Funds.
Section 2: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the General
Fund and the Highway Streets and Roads Fund for the payment of all Fund Expenses
of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year: .
General Government $1,825,572.00
Law Enforcement $3,195,518.00
Fire Control & Prevention $1,393,995.00
Highway, Streets and Roads $1,438,431..0
TOTAL GENERAL FUND $7,853,516.00
Section 3: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from Water,
Wastewater, and Sanitation Funds for the payment of all Water, Wastewater and Sani-
tation expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year:
Water

Wastewater
$2,532,863.00
Sanitation

Section 4: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the Chub -
buck Development Authority Fund of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal
year:
Chubbuck Development Authority
$2,250,000.00
Section 5: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the Special
Revenue Funds of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year:
Special Revenue Funds
$ 146,900.00
Section 6: That all ordinances, resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict herewith are ex-
pressly repealed: That the rule requiring ordinances to be read on three separate days
is hereby dispensed with, and this ordinance shall become effective upon its approval
and publication as provided by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, this 171h, day of August, 2016.
