The BID includes the planting and irriga-
tion improvements of an existing park
currently under renovation. Construction
elements include, but are not limited to:
fine grading, soil amendment and tilling,
irrigation, grassing, planting, low boulder
wall construction, concrete mow curb in.

be allowed!
111 Prospective Bidders are required to
visit the site prior to submitting their Bids
to investigate existing site conditions.
PRE-BID MEETING will be held at the
site (5161 Stuart Avenue, Chubbuck) at
10:00 AM, local time, on Wednesday,
August 24, 2016. Although this meeting
is not mandatory, it is HIGHLY recom-
mended that all contractors preparing a
Bid for this project attend this meeting.
