NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBSUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on Au-
gust 9, 2016 at Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the fol-
lowing items:
1 • An application by Briscoe Bybee Con-
tractors, 5465 Kymball Avenue, Chub -
buck, ID 83202 for the Preliminary Plat
for The Grove Subdivision 2nd Addition
located In the Northeast 1/4 of Section 8,
Township 6 South, Range 34 East of the
Boise Meridian in the County of Ban-
nock. This property is located north of I-
86 and west of Ph(lbin Road.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Au-
gust 17, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at the Chub -
buck City Council Chambers, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Ave, Chubbuck, Idaho the City
Council will hold a public hearing re-
garding Item #1, The Grove Subdivision
2nd Addition Preliminary Plat, together
with the recommendations of the Land
Use and Development Commission.
A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given
an opportunity to be heard in support of,
or in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties, Any person needing special ac-
commodations to participate 1n the
meeting should contact the City Planner,
Paul Andrus at 208.237.2430 at least 24
hours prior to the meeting.

published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
