The BID includes the construction and
renovation of an existing park. Con-
structlon elements Include, but are not
Ilmited to: demolition, clearing and grub-
bing, assoclated grading and drainage,
concrete sidewalk construction CMU
raised planter construction, CMU seat
wall, low boulder wall constructlon, site
electrical, and eroslon control mea-
sures.

Questions prior to the Bid shall be direct-
ed via email only to Jackson L and

for Information (RFI) form, address all
questions to the attention of Mr. Bill
Jackson, RLA. No phone questions will
be allowed!
All Prospective Bidders are required to
visit the site prior to submitting their Bids
to Investigate existing site conditions.
A PRE-BID MEETING will be held at the
site (5181 Stuart Avenue, Chubbuck) at
10:00 AM, local time, on Wednesday,
July 20, 2016. Although this meeting is
not mandatory, it is HIGHLY recom
mended that all contractors preparing a
Bid for this project attend this meeting.
The City reserves the right to waive any
informalities or irregularities in those
bids received and to reject any or all
bids or to award or refrain from award-
ing the contract for work, whichever is
deemed to be in the City's best interest.
Chubbuck City, Idaho, does not discrimi-
nate on the basis of race, color, national
origin, or sex in the award and perfor-
mance of any work covered by this pro-
posal.
